dc.description.abstract	el documento es un proyecto donde se estudia un tema específico que abarca gran parte de la personalidad humana: la autoestima. Al hablar de dicho tema, debe tomarse en cuenta una serie de términos que indique el buen desarrollo de la autoestima y la implicación que esta tiene en el desempeño general de un sujeto en la sociedad, en especial en aquellas mujeres que enfrentan el período de embarazo y crianza, cuyo proceso acarrea cambios físicos y psicológicos que alteran la estabilidad en la mujer, ocasionando inseguridad en sí mismas manifestando actitudes que reflejan cierta desvalorización personal, que impide disfrutar al máximo el proceso de cambio más significativo de la mujer a lo largo y ancho de su experiencia existencial.	spa
