dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto, busca identificar las temáticas más relevantes que correspondan a los elementos básicos de una ciudad inteligente, brindando herramientas interactivas que faciliten su difusión, comprensión y aprendizaje. ¿Cuál es la definición de interactividad? Analizando todo lo anterior, la respuesta es muy sencilla y solo basta sacar las palabras claves y acomodarlas para obtener la siguiente definición: “Interactividad es la capacidad del receptor para controlar un mensaje no-lineal hasta el grado establecido por el emisor, dentro de los límites del medio de comunicación asincrónico”. Se tendrá en cuenta la estrategia del Ministerio de Educación Nacional de “Recursos Educativos Digitales Abiertos" (REDA) que pretende apoyar, fortalecer y potenciar el tipo de productos que generará este proyecto, teniendo en cuenta características importantes para la interacción Lector y libro Para lograr el objetivo planteado en el estudio investigativo, se trabajará el diseño metodológico desde el enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo.	spa
