| dc.description.abstract | En este proyecto final; se da a conocer la administración, gestión y organización de la cadena de abastecimiento dentro de las instalaciones de la empresa Nestlé, prevaleceremos principalmente el flujo y desarrollo de las operaciones comerciales que realiza en la actualidad para poner en marcha el Supply Chain Management, que nace como solución organizacional para complementar la competitividad y manejo de la cadena de valor, al integrarse con la logística genera una apropiada planificación, organización y control del conjunto de actividades de movimiento y almacenamiento, que facilitan el flujo de materiales y productos terminados desde la fuente productora al consumo satisfaciendo la demanda al menor coste, incluyendo los flujos de información y control. | spa |
