| dc.description.abstract | La red del colegio Centro de Estudios Grandes Genios, presenta fallas en su infraestructura que minimizan la comunicación, aprendizaje de los estudiantes y la eficiencia de sus profesores y administrativos, para revertir esta problemática nos centraremos en presentar la solución para la implementación de una intranet, que cubra las necesidades actuales y ofrezca nuevos servicios, se identificaran los equipos de comunicación que se emplearan para esta nueva intranet, realizando estas adecuaciones los beneficios para la comunidad educativa serán las de contar con una nueva tecnológica en sus prácticas y desarrollos de procesos, además de fortalecer la enseñanza a través de canales no presenciales y contribuir a mantener el distanciamientos social decretado por el gobierno nacional.
Además de centralizar y estandarizar la red, se contará con una organización en la distribución de los equipos y cableado estructurado, de acuerdo con los organismos que rigen las Telecomunicaciones.
Las ventajas de la integración de las TIC en esta solución, y en los procesos de aprendizaje se asocian a la reducción de costos de desarrollo de programas, por la manera sencilla de crear materiales para ser utilizados en línea y permitir la utilización de otras herramientas para el trabajo en grupo, crear sistemas de ayuda y fomentar la autoevaluación y herramientas de administración. | |
