En el desarrollo del presente artículo se describe los avances que ha logrado establecer en sus normas jurídicas el Estado Mexicano en relación a los Derechos Humanos. En el mismo se valoran los pronunciamientos que sostiene la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación en cuanto al derecho a la vida, el aborto y el derecho de la mujer para decidir el libre ejercicio de la maternidad. Estos pronunciamientos constituyen una violación a la vida: derecho fundamental del ser humano y el derecho de la paternidad del niño no nacido. In it, the pronouncements held by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation regarding the right to life, abortion and the right of women to decide the free exercise of motherhood are valued.
