dc.description	In the development of this article, the progress that the Mexican State has managed to establish in its legal norms in relation to Human Rights is described. In it, the pronouncements held by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation regarding the right to life, abortion and the right of women to decide the free exercise of motherhood are valued. These pronouncements constitute a violation of life: the fundamental right of the human being and the right of paternity of the unborn child. This analysis is intended to build a progressive vision that estimates the maximum protection to life and the right of man as co-owner of the genetic material of the product conceived	en-US
dc.description	En el desarrollo del presente artículo se describe los avances que ha logrado establecer en sus normas jurídicas el Estado Mexicano en relación a los Derechos Humanos. En el mismo se valoran los pronunciamientos que sostiene la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación en cuanto al derecho a la vida, el aborto y el derecho de la mujer para decidir el libre ejercicio de la maternidad. Estos pronunciamientos constituyen una violación a la vida: derecho fundamental del ser humano y el derecho de la paternidad del niño no nacido. Con este análisis se pretende construir una visión progresiva que estime la máxima protección a la vida y el derecho del hombre como co-titular del material genético del producto concebido	es-ES
