| dc.description.abstract | Esta monografía nace de la necesidad de documentarnos sobre el tema de las discrepancias que se han generado y se generan en cada uno de los ámbitos y sectores sociales, respecto al tema de Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo (IVE); allí se compartieron discrepancias de las mujeres del municipio de San José del Guaviare, identificando las percepciones frente al tema y con ello la normatividad emitida por la Corte Constitucional a través de la Sentencia C -355 de 2006, la cual nos evoca el tema a tratar.
Además, con este proceso se pudieron obtener datos históricos sobre la Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo (IVE), igualmente permitió la realización de un documento escrito del estudio pormenorizado y exhaustivo de las discrepancias generadas en las diferentes áreas del conocimiento frente a la concepción de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo, en el municipio de San José del Guaviare (Guaviare).
Se hace entrega de un estudio monográfico fundamentado en el análisis de las experiencias, se utilizó la metodología fundada en el enfoque Investigativo Cualitativo de tipo estudio descriptivo, donde se llevó a cabo la recopilación de información evidenciando las discrepancias frente al IVE y este se evidencia mediante un documento escrito, ordenado y completo del tema expuesto, que permitió a través de la recopilación de antecedentes bibliográficos, identificar las causales generadoras de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo y así mismo realizar un estudio exploratorio en cuanto a la normatividad que rige a Colombia y que ampara a la mujer frente al tema, permitiendo identificar las principales características demográficas en las mujeres de San José del Guaviare, y conocer la perspectiva que tienen frente al tema en mención, y así se llegó a la consolidación de la información que permitió identificar las discrepancias generadas en la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo. | |

A monographic study based on the analysis of experiences is delivered, the methodology based on the Qualitative Investigative approach of a descriptive study type was used, where the collection of information was carried out evidencing the discrepancies against the IVE and this is evidenced by a written, orderly and complete document on the exposed subject, which allowed, through the collection of bibliographic antecedents, to identify the causes generating the voluntary interruption of pregnancy and also to carry out an exploratory study regarding the regulations that govern Colombia and that protects women from the issue, allowing the identification of the main demographic characteristics of the women of San José del Guaviare, and knowing the perspective they have regarding the issue in question, and thus it was possible to consolidate the information that allowed the identification of discrepancies generated in the voluntary interruption of pregnancy or. | |
