| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto aplicado implementó el establecimiento de una hectárea de Lulo (Solanum quitoense), en la vereda los Idolos del municipio de Isnos departamento del Huila, esto con el objetivo de documentar el proceso de producción y los costos en los que deben incurrir los productores que desean cultivar lulo en la región. Para alcanzar el objetivo se documentó el proceso desde la etapa de vivero hasta el primer año de siembra del cultivo, resaltando la importancia de las Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas (BPA), y la asistencia técnica que garantiza la calidad y trazabilidad del cultivo y así documentar el establecimiento de los costos y la proyección de ventas. Metodológicamente la propuesta se encuentra enmarcada en la línea de Investigación de Desarrollo Rural, una de las seis (06) líneas establecidas por la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD para la Escuela de Ciencias Agrícolas Pecuarias y del Medio Ambiente. Centrada en el objetivo de: mejorar la calidad de los métodos e instrumentos disponibles para el diseño, ejecución y evaluación de proyectos y estrategias de desarrollo rural. Se documentó el proceso de establecimiento del cultivo desde el momento inicial hasta su siembra, el cultivo fue establecido aplicando las buenas prácticas agrícolas: manejo fitosanitario, registro de las actividades diarias, manejo de productos de síntesis química, capacitación constante al personal, calibración de equipos, control y manejo de residuos sólidos y líquidos, adecuación de infraestructura, registro del cultivo ante el ICA y la asistencia técnica prestada por el autor del proyecto. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present applied project implemented the establishment of a hectare of Lulo (Solanum quitoense), in the village of Los Idolos in the municipality of San José de Isnos, department of Huila, this with the aim of documenting the production process and the costs in which they must incurred by producers who wish to grow lulo in the region. To achieve the objective, the process was documented from the nursery stage to the first year of planting the crop, highlighting the importance of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and the technical assistance that guarantees the quality and traceability of the crop and thus documenting the establishment of costs and sales projection. Methodologically, the proposal is framed in the Rural Development Research line, one of the six (06) lines established by the National Open and Distance University UNAD for the School of Agricultural Sciences, Livestock and the Environment. Focused on the objective of: improving the quality of the methods and instruments available for the design, execution and evaluation of rural development projects and strategies. The process of establishing the crop was documented from the initial moment until its sowing, the crop was established applying good agricultural practices: phytosanitary management, registration of daily activities, handling of chemical synthesis products, constant training of personnel, calibration of equipment , control and management of solid and liquid waste, adaptation of infrastructure, registration of the crop before the ICA and technical assistance provided by the author of the project. | |
