dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad Nestlé es la compañía más grande de alimentos, fue creada en el año 1886 por Henry Nestlé, en Suiza, tiene más de 300 empresas a nivel mundial entre ellas fábrica Bugalagrande en el departamento del Valle del Cauca, Colombia, donde fabrican productos como el Milo, Nesquik, la Lecherita, Crema de Leche, Maggi y Cafés. Su propósito es brindarle al consumidor los mejores y más relevantes productos en términos de Nutrición, Salud y Bienestar. A continuación en el presente trabajo se dará a conocer la estrategia desarrollada en Fabrica Nestlé en Supply Chain Management y Logística teniendo como base los conceptos adquiridos y contextualizados durante el curso Diplomado de profundización Supply Chain Management y Logística (Opción de Grado), teniendo en cuenta e identificando los procesos y estructuras dentro de la organización que permitan al SCM gestionar y organizar todas las actividades de adquisición, producción y distribución de los bienes o servicios que pone a disposición de sus clientes.

dc.description.abstractenglishCurrently Nestlé is the largest food company, it was created in 1886 by Henry Nestlé, in Switzerland, it has more than 300 companies worldwide, including the Bugalagrande factory in the department of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, where they manufacture products such as Milo, Nesquik, Lecherita, Cream of Milk, Maggi and Coffees. Its purpose is to provide the consumer with the best and most relevant products in terms of Nutrition, Health and Wellness. Next, in this work, the strategy developed in the Nestlé Factory in Supply Chain Management and Logistics will be announced, based on the concepts acquired and contextualized during the Supply Chain Management and Logistics Deepening Diploma course (Degree Option), taking into account and identifying the processes and structures within the organization that allow the SCM to manage and organize all the activities of acquisition, production and distribution of the goods or services that it makes available to its clients.
