| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto ha sido desarrollado por el grupo 28 del curso Diplomado de Profundización Supply Chain Management y Logística 1602 del 2022. A través del desarrollo del proyecto se evidencia la aplicación de los conocimientos en Supply Chain Management en diferentes etapas de la empresa Riopaila Castilla S.A. con situaciones actuales que funcionan bien, pero también con propuestas que podrían mejorar la comunicación, el flujo, generar rentabilidad, estabilidad, incrementar su nivel de competitividad y el crecimiento en Riopaila Castilla S.A. Fundamentados en metodologías de investigación, análisis crítico y aplicación de conocimientos se plantea una propuesta de Supply Chain Management para la empresa que se adapte a sus necesidades, requerimientos, aprovechamiento de sus recursos y considerando a todos los involucrados desde proveedores hasta los clientes con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos planteados. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project has been developed by group 28 of the Supply Chain Management and Logistics Deepening Diploma course 1602 of 2022. Through the development of the project, the application of knowledge in Supply Chain Management is evidenced in different stages of the company Riopaila Castilla S.A. with current situations that work well, but also with proposals that could improve communication, flow, generate profitability, stability, increase its level of competitiveness and growth in Riopaila Castilla S.A. Based on research methodologies, critical analysis and application of knowledge, a Supply Chain Management proposal is proposed for the company that adapts to its needs, requirements, use of its resources and considering all those involved from suppliers to customers with the aim to achieve the stated objectives. | |
