dc.description	This article aims to develop an Offline application to reinforce knowledge, expand the normative and conceptual bases in the Awá La Cabaña community, in the municipality of Puerto Asís, Putumayo, thereby contributing to the promotion and construction of the common good. A mixed, non-experimental exploratory-descriptive study was defined. Several focus groups are held for the diagnosis. A survey of 12 questions, 11 closed and one (1) open in person, is applied in order to determine the level of knowledge about the prior consultation. A stratified finite sample of 22 inhabitants was defined, female and male, aged 18 to 66 years, who within the community have different roles and full capacity to read, interpret and write texts in Spanish. It is concluded that the implementation of the application contributes to the educational and training improvement of the community.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo tiene como objetivo desarrollar una aplicación Offline para reforzar los saberes, ampliar las bases normativas y conceptuales en la comunidad Awá La Cabaña, del municipio de Puerto Asís, Putumayo, sobre la consulta previa. Se busca aportar al fomento y la construcción de esta herramienta en tanto derecho fundamental para todos los grupos étnicos reconocidos por las instituciones en Colombia. Metodológicamente, se definió un estudio de tipo mixto, no experimental de carácter exploratorio-descriptivo. Se realizan varios grupos focales para el diagnóstico. Se aplica una encuesta de 12 preguntas, 11 cerradas y 1 abierta, aplicada presencialmente con el fin de determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre la consulta previa. Se definió una muestra finita estratificada de 22 habitantes, de sexo femenino y masculino, con edades de 18 a 66 años, quienes al interior de la comunidad tienen diferentes roles y plena capacidad de leer, interpretar y escribir textos en castellano. Se concluye que con la implementación de la aplicación se contribuye a la mejora educativa y formativa de la comunidad. Donde específicamente se desarrolló un proyecto petrolero que a toda luz vulneró el derecho que tenían como conglomerado de conocer e interponer los recursos necesarios para proteger la vida en la ancestralidad.	es-ES
