| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se centra en el marco del diplomado de profundización en Supply Chain Management y Logística, en el cual enfoca un análisis y documentación de los procesos de producción, cadena de suministros y área logística de la Panadería La EUROPEA S.A.S, esta investigación pretende documentar los últimos avance tecnológicos, ideas innovadoras de marketing, las falencias de las empresas en la cadena de suministros y el área logística aplicándose en la panadería La EUROPEA S.A.S, para analizar esta problemática se trabajó en analizar y documentar por qué se hace necesario que la empresa configure su red estructural y el enfoque inteligente en los procesos Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) y APICS-SCOR, del cómo afecta la posición de Colombia frente a LPI del Banco Mundial y ante el CONPES 3982. | |
