dc.description.abstractA 30 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Pereira se encuentra el corregimiento de la Florida, el cual se ha convertido en los últimos años en destino obligado para todos los turistas amantes del ecoturismo, ciclo montañismo y demás actividades asociadas con los deportes de aventura, igualmente, la zona se ha caracterizado por una variada oferta de servicios gastronómicos, por lo cual era común apreciar los fines de semana gran cantidad de visitantes en la zona para disfrutar de una variedad de menús gastronómicos presentes en la zona. Mediante el presente proyecto de investigación se pretende proponer alternativas de fortalecimiento innovador comercial y organizacional para aproximadamente 20 microempresas seleccionadas al azar del Corregimiento La Florida del Municipio de Pereira, que fueron afectadas ante la presencia de la pandemia del COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019).

dc.description.abstractenglishAbstract: Weekends in the corregimiento de la Florida (Pereira, Colombia), have been characterized by the presence in the area of a large constant flow of visitors to take advantage of the natural wealth, enjoy a wide range of gastronomic menus and practice different activities sports to develop in the region. As a consequence of the social confinement caused by COVID-19, the number of tourists was considerably affected, impacting all the micro-entrepreneurs in the area. Hypothesis: The microentrepreneurs of the Corregimiento de La Florida in the adequately manage their microenterprises in organizational and commercial issues, ensuring the sustainability of their companies. Objective: Identify strategies that allow the sustainability of companies in the Corregimiento de La Florida in organizational and commercial issues in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: The research is of a mixed type with a descriptive cut using the interview technique through the form instrument, applying the formula of Murray and Larry (2005) the sample size is calculated for 43 microenterprises present in the area. Consequences and results: Organizationally, 11 (69%) microenterprises do not use a function manual, 10 microenterprises (62.5%) do not carry out marketing strategies. Conclusions: There are few microenterprises that have a formal organizational structure and develop a marketing strategy. Scope: The project created a web page to make microentrepreneurs visible with their varied offer of gastronomic products, virtual booklets were also created on organizational, commercial, accounting and financial issues for better business management of their companies.
