| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio retrospectivo evaluó la experiencia de innovación social realizada por la
Corporación cultural Altavista, mediante, la metodología de la lectura de Niveles del TLR,
entrevistas y trabajo de campo, demuestra los avances significativos en el desarrollo de la
innovación social que se ha hecho en el corregimiento de Altavista con la población de niños,
jóvenes y adultos. Y como ha sido el proceso de maduración de la innovación desde la gestación
participativa de la idea hasta la formulación del proyecto con enfoque integral.
Los resultados evidencian la colaboración y el compromiso de la comunidad para
establecer un espacio que promueva la convivencia y la creación artística, permitiendo a sus
miembros demostrar sus talentos mientras se alejan de la violencia y las drogas. Cabe mencionar,
en el TLR 9, el proyecto de la corporación junto con sus procesos y metodologías, han
demostrado ser efectivo y adaptable a otros contextos sin embargo cabe mencionar, ya se ha
extendido por las cuatro cuencas y mucha población a la fecha se ha visto beneficiada | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This retrospective study evaluated the experience of social innovation carried out by the
Altavista Cultural Corporation, through the methodology of the TLR Levels reading, interviews
and field work, demonstrates the significant progress in the development of social innovation
that has been made in the township of Altavista with the population of children, youth and adults.
And how has been the process of maturation of the innovation from the participatory gestation of
the idea to the formulation of the project with an integral approach.
The results show the collaboration and commitment of the community to establish a
space that promotes coexistence and artistic creation, allowing its members to demonstrate their
talents while moving away from violence and drugs. It is worth mentioning that in TLR 9, the
corporation's project, along with its processes and methodologies, have proven to be effective
and adaptable to other contexts; however, it is worth mentioning that it has already been
