dc.description	La iniciativa de innovación en la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) de Pitalito, Huila, busca implementar una herramienta tecnológica virtualizada para ofrecer consultoría contable al gremio empresarial. Se enfoca en el desconocimiento de los comerciantes no responsables de IVA sobre aspectos legales, fiscales y operativos al establecer un negocio. El consultorio virtual pretende enseñar a los comerciantes las herramientas para la constitución de sus negocios, mientras que los estudiantes de Contaduría Pública de la UNAD fortalecen sus conocimientos aplicándolos en la práctica. Según Ruz Gómez (2018), el consultorio contable mejora las condiciones administrativas y financieras de las pymes mediante la interacción entre la universidad, estudiantes, docentes y entidades económicas. La investigación tiene un enfoque metodológico mixto, exploratorio y descriptivo, con análisis cualitativos y estadísticos con el uso del chatbot con inteligencia artificial se presenta como una herramienta inclusiva y accesible para la consultoría contable, facilitando la comunicación y el aprendizaje tanto para estudiantes como para empresarios.	es
dc.description	The innovation initiative at the National Open and Distance University (UNAD) of Pitalito, Huila, seeks to implement a virtualized technological tool to offer accounting consulting to the business community. It focuses on the lack of knowledge of non-VAT responsible merchants about legal, fiscal and operational aspects when establishing a business. The virtual office aims to teach merchants the tools to establish their businesses, while UNAD Public Accounting students strengthen their knowledge by applying it in practice. According to Ruz Gómez (2018), the accounting office improves the administrative and financial conditions of SMEs through the interaction between the university, students, teachers and economic entities. The research has a mixed, exploratory and descriptive methodological approach, with qualitative and statistical analysis, with the use of the chatbot with artificial intelligence, it is presented as an inclusive and accessible tool for accounting consulting, facilitating communication and learning for both students and entrepreneurs.	en
