| dc.description.abstract | En el desarrollo de este trabajo académico como proyecto de grado en la especialización de gestión pública, realizamos un análisis de la organización y participación de la junta de acción comunal, del barrio El Porvenir del municipio de Guachetá Cundinamarca, basados en el artículo 38 de la constitución política de Colombia, ley 2166 de 2021, decreto 1501 de 2023. Donde analizamos la relevancia y efectiva representación social, participación de la comunidad en la toma de decisiones, dinámica del trabajo interno de la junta de acción comunal, percepción de la población y la administración municipal en cuanto a su representación. Los objetivos planteados fueron; investigar, analizar y determinar la organización y participación de la junta de acción comunal, por medio de encuestas, a integrantes de la JAC y comunidad del barrio El Porvenir, lo cual nos arrojó un insumo importante que permitió determinar aspectos positivos y a mejorar dentro y fuera de la organización comunal. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In developing this academic thesis as a degree project for the specialization in public management, we conducted an analysis of the organization and participation of the community action board of the El Porvenir neighborhood of the municipality of Guachetá, Cundinamarca, based on Article 38 of the Colombian Constitution, Law 2166 of 2021, and Decree 1501 of 2023. We analyzed the relevance and effective social representation, community participation in decision-making, the dynamics of the community action board's internal work, and the perception of the population and the municipal administration regarding its representation. The objectives were to research, analyze, and determine the organization and participation of the community action board through surveys of members of the JAC and the community of the El Porvenir neighborhood. This survey provided important information that allowed us to identify positive aspects and opportunities for improvement within and outside the community organization. | |
