| dc.description.abstract | El problema del microtráfico de drogas ilícitas en los barrios es generalizado en el municipio de Soacha, en particular este negocio ilegal, está afectando la cotidianidad y la actividad comunal en el barrio San Fernando de la comuna uno; por tanto, se debe mirar desde otra perspectiva con el objetivo de y establecer el grado afectación en el diario vivir de sus dignatarios y residentes. Desplazamiento urbano, pérdida de ingresos propios de la JAC, amenazas a dignatarios, crecimiento de la violencia en el área de su jurisdicción , reclutamiento de jóvenes afiliados a la JAC, retiro del apoyo por parte de Fundaciones y Organizaciones Sociales a la JAC, llegada masiva de habitantes de calle y migrantes extranjeros, son situaciones que han hecho que la función social que debe ejercer la JAC en el barrio San Fernando se vea menoscabada por grupos que se pelean el control del barrio. Al recopilar la información mediante entrevistas y encuestas de fuentes primarias, se pudo establecer cuál es el impacto social, económico y cultural que afecta el proceso comunal y como desde el mismo mecanismo de participación comunitaria encontrar solución en el corto, mediano y largo plazo y recuperar la esencia perdida del barrio San Fernando de Soacha. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The problem of illicit drug micro-trafficking in neighborhoods is widespread in the municipality of Soacha. This illegal business, in particular, is affecting daily life and community activities in the San Fernando neighborhood of Commune One. Therefore, it must be examined from another perspective in order to determine the degree of impact on the daily lives of its dignitaries and residents. Urban displacement, loss of the JAC's own income, threats to dignitaries, increasing violence in its area of jurisdiction, recruitment of young people affiliated with the JAC, withdrawal of support from Foundations and Social Organizations to the JAC, massive influx of homeless people and foreign migrants, are situations that have caused the social function that the JAC should perform in the San Fernando neighborhood to be undermined by groups fighting for control of the neighborhood. By gathering information through interviews and surveys from primary sources, we were able to determine the social, economic, and cultural impact affecting the community process and how, through community participation, we could find short-, medium-, and long-term solutions and recover the lost essence of the San Fernando neighborhood of Soacha. | |
