| dc.description.abstract | Las empresas del sector Oíl and Gas en el departamento de Casanare-Colombia, dentro de sus sistemas de gestión no tienen estandarizados los procesos de sus servicios y/o productos, lo cual generalmente trae sobre costos ya sea por aumento en los tiempos (mano de obra y horas de equipos), reprocesos por fallas en la ejecución, gasto excesivo de materias primas y otros asociados a la actividad, a lo largo del desarrollo de tecnologías estos procesos han ido cambiando, en muchas ocasiones la percepción tanto de operarios como de directivos de las empresas es la causa principal de esta problemática. Este proceso tiene como propósito la estandarización del mismo de tal forma que permita la erradicación de las falencias presentes y así minimizar los costos de fabricación del bien o servicio prestado, donde se vea reflejado un aumento en la productividad de los operarios, disminución de los costos de la actividad y finalmente satisfacción total de los clientes, quienes son los que reciben el producto final. | |
