El presente estudio tiene como finalidad analizar la importancia de la ética contable en el proceso formativo de los estudiantes del programa de contaduría pública de la UNAD, CEAD Santa Marta. Se hace una revisión bibliográfica de la Ley 43 de 1990 y los efectos que esta tiene en la formación profesional del estudiante. Para llevar a cabo el estudio se realizarán unas encuestas estructuradas, con el propósito de entender cómo perciben los estudiantes la aplicación de los principios éticos del contador público en el desempeño de sus funciones y evaluar la relevancia de estos principios en su formación académica. Esta investigación se realizará a los estudiantes del programa de contaduría pública que hayan visto y aprobado el curso sobre ética y responsabilidad social para la gestión de las organizaciones, la cual plantea las temáticas relacionadas con los principios éticos del contador público.  ; One of the most significant challenges facing the public accounting profession is linked to the ethical behavior of the professional, where the lack of knowledge of ethical principles affects the integrity and trust of the accounting activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of accounting ethics in the training process of students of the public accounting program at UNAD, CEAD Santa Marta. A bibliographic review of Law 43 of 1990 and the effects it has on the professional training of the student is made. To carry out the study, structured surveys will be carried out, with the purpose of understanding how students perceive the application of the ethical principles of the public accountant in the performance of their duties and to evaluate the relevance of these principles in their academic training. Esta prerrogativa fundamenta la necesidad de desarrollar estudios desde el ejercicio y acción de los semilleros de investigación.  Buscando, además de cumplir el mandato normativo, aportar los instrumentos necesarios para la planificación y administración turística, que impulse el desarrollo económico de la región.  La investigación que da lugar a esta publicación tiene el propósito identificar aquellos bienes con vocación de uso turístico y determinar las acciones en favor de su calidad, que validen su inclusión en el diseño de productos turísticos para contribuir con la gestión de un turismo responsable que proporcione beneficios al municipio de Chíquiza, Boyacá y a sus habitantes. El inventario turístico que se desarrolla en la investigación organiza, agrupa y actualiza los bienes con vocación turística que actualmente existen en el municipio. Dicho registro se acompaña de definiciones, datos de geolocalización, registros fotográficos y en general, los criterios que hacen de cada bien un componente atractivo para el inventario turístico del municipio, a partir del cual se generara una propuesta de desarrollo turístico innovador.; In accordance with the provisions of Law 300 of 1996 and Law 1101 of 2006, the territorial entities are called upon to update the tourism inventories in their territory. This prerogative is the basis for the need to develop studies from the exercise and action of the research groups.  In addition to complying with the normative mandate, they seek to provide the necessary instruments for tourism planning and administration, which will promote the economic development of the region.  The purpose of the research is to identify those assets with a vocation for tourism use and to establish the actions to improve their quality, which make their inclusion viable in the design of tourism products to contribute to the management of a responsible tourism that provides benefits to the municipality of Chíquiza, Boyacá and its inhabitants. The tourism inventory developed in the research organizes, groups and updates the assets with tourist vocation that currently exist in Chíquiza. This registry is accompanied by definitions, geolocation data, photographic records and in general, the criteria that make each property an attractive component for the tourist inventory of the municipality, from which an innovative tourism development proposal will be generated. https://repository.unad.edu.co/handle/10596/71685 La Centralidad del Trabajo en el Capitalismo Digital: Precarización, Alienación y Control Algorítmico desde la Perspectiva de Ricardo Antunes Este artículo aborda las transformaciones contemporáneas del trabajo en el marco del capitalismo digital, con especial énfasis en la precarización, la alienación y las nuevas formas de control algorítmico. Partiendo de los desarrollos teóricos de Ricardo Antunes, se plantea una discusión crítica que cuestiona la vigencia de la categoría del trabajo como eje central para comprender las dinámicas de explotación y acumulación en la era digital. Autores como Habermas, Zuboff y Berardi contribuyen a este debate desde posiciones que, aunque diversas, dialogan con las tesis de Antunes, al contraponer la centralidad del trabajo a nuevas formas de dominación tecnocientífica. Mediante un análisis teórico exhaustivo, se explora la persistencia y transformación de las ideas de Antunes en un contexto de creciente digitalización, examinando cómo la organización laboral y las tecnologías de control han sido reconfiguradas. El estudio concluye que, lejos de representar una ruptura, el capitalismo digital intensifica las contradicciones inherentes entre capital y trabajo, consolidando la explotación laboral bajo nuevas modalidades de precarización y control, lo que refuerza la relevancia del trabajo como núcleo de la dinámica capitalista.; This article examines the contemporary transformations of labor within the framework of digital capitalism, focusing on precarization, alienation, and new forms of algorithmic control. Drawing on the theoretical contributions of Ricardo Antunes, it presents a critical discussion that questions the continued relevance of labor as a central category for understanding dynamics of exploitation and accumulation in the digital age. Scholars such as Habermas, Zuboff, and Berardi enrich this debate by offering diverse perspectives that engage with Antunes’ thesis, contrasting the centrality of labor with new forms of technoscientific domination. Through a comprehensive theoretical analysis, the persistence and transformation of Antunes’ ideas are explored in a context of increasing digitalization, examining how labor organization and control technologies have been reconfigured. The study concludes that, far from representing a rupture, digital capitalism intensifies the inherent contradictions between capital and labor, consolidating labor exploitation through new modalities of precarization and control, thereby reinforcing the importance of labor as the core of capitalist dynamics. https://repository.unad.edu.co/handle/10596/71684 ANALISIS DE LA RELACIÓN INFLACIÓN Y DESOCUPACIÓN EN LA PANDEMIA: EL CASO COLOMBIANO; ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INFLATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE PANDEMIC: THE CASE OF COLOMBIA El presente documento de investigación se enfoca en realizar un análisis preliminar de la curva de Phillips en la economía colombiana, con especial énfasis en su validez durante el período de la pandemia. Para ello, se propone una primera modelación económica que permite examinar la interacción entre las variables clave de la curva de Phillips en el contexto nacional, tales como la inflación y el desempleo. El documento tiene como objetivo principal evaluar si la relación tradicional entre inflación y desempleo, que subyace en la curva de Phillips, se mantiene o se ve alterada en un período de alto estrés económico como lo fue la pandemia. A través de esta modelación inicial, se busca ofrecer una visión más clara del comportamiento de estas variables en Colombia y proporcionar una base para estudios futuros que profundicen en esta relación. Las conclusiones presentadas en el documento no son definitivas, sino que constituyen reflexiones iniciales que buscan abrir la discusión sobre la aplicabilidad de la curva de Phillips en contextos de crisis como el experimentado.; This research paper focuses on a preliminary analysis of the Phillips curve in the Colombian economy, with special emphasis on its validity during the pandemic period. For this purpose, a first economic modeling is proposed to examine the interaction between the key variables of the Phillips curve in the national context, such as inflation and unemployment. The main objective of the paper is to evaluate whether the traditional relationship between inflation and unemployment, which underlies the Phillips curve, is maintained or altered in a period of high economic stress such as the pandemic. Through this initial modeling, we seek to offer a clearer view of the behavior of these variables in Colombia and to provide a basis for future studies that delve deeper into this relationship. The conclusions presented in the paper are not definitive, but constitute initial reflections that seek to open the discussion on the applicability of the Phillips curve in crisis contexts such as the one experienced.
