| dc.description.abstract | Para este proyecto se hace un abordaje del aprendizaje autónomo unido a una estrategia pedagógica de implementación de hábitos adecuados sobre uso del internet, teniendo en cuenta que es la principal herramienta de construcción y evolución de este aprendizaje.
Para esto se realiza una revisión bibliográfica donde se estudia desde la historia de la educación y de la tecnología hasta el punto donde estas se unen para facilitar la educación a nivel mundial y nacional. Abordando desde los primeros autores como Piaget, Ausubel, e investigadores, que plantearon las primeras teorías de la educación, hasta los que en principio hablaron sobre el aprendizaje autónomo y sus primeros estudios.
Se ilustra la unión de la tecnología y medios de comunicación como el internet y demás herramientas de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación.
También se profundiza sobre la efectividad del aprendizaje autónomo, sus beneficios y dificultades, al igual que su desarrollo y como este influye en el diario vivir. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | or this project an approach is taken to autonomous learning coupled with a pedagogical strategy of implementation of appropriate habits on internet use, taking into account that it is the main tool of construction and evolution of this learning.
For this, a bibliographic review is carried out, where it is studied from the history of education and technology to the point where they unite to facilitate education at a global and national level. Approaching from the first authors like Piaget, Ausubel, and researchers, that raised the first theories of the education, to those who in principle talked about the autonomous learning and its first studies.
It illustrates the union of technology and media such as the Internet and other tools of Information and Communication Technologies.
It also explores the effectiveness of autonomous learning, its benefits and difficulties, as well as its development and how it influences the daily life.
The chosen approach for this research is descriptive type. Since according to Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2003) this research approach,
It seeks to specify the properties, characteristics and profiles of individuals, groups, communities or any other phenomenon that is analyzed. To achieve the objective, a focus group was selected, with 14 students from the total population of psychology students from UNAD. The students involved initially responded to a virtual survey, which allowed them to obtain valuable information about their relationship and perception with the internet. Later, three workshops were held that sought to acquire and potentialize skills on the use of the internet and finally to know the degree Of utilization and satisfaction in relation to them, the impact assessment of the same was carried out. | spa |
