| dc.description.abstract | El banco agrario, se ha consolidado como una institución financiera, solida, rentable y competitiva en el mercado, gracias a su equipo de trabajo comprometido y los altos niveles de calidad que han obtenido en el transcurso de este tiempo que ha estado al servicio, de esta manera es importante aplicar una metodología que permita la solución de un problema que se está presentando dentro del área de salud ocupacional, con el objetivo de mejorar este área y los procesos derivados de la misma, problema específicamente de salud física ocasionando todo tipo de problemas y enfermedades derivados por problemas ergonómicos, donde el banco tiene que hacer una inversión grande en varios sentidos como muebles y enseres, jornadas de salud, capacitaciones, entre otros, con el fin de evitar problemas legales y que pueden ser mucho más costosos que la misma inversión para evitarlos, además de lograr un lugar con óptimas condiciones para desempeñar cualquier tipo de labor. | spa |
