| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | During the elaboration of the present work, stories were discussed in which violence facts that the inhabitants of different zones of Colombia witnessed are exposed, in each one of these stories activities were carried out that allowed to recognize the psychological aspects that are altered due to the acts of violence experienced by each of the victims of the conflict in the country. As a therapeutic work, narrative is presented as a psychological tool that allows pain to be released through the story of the life history of each of the victims, thus enabling the reconstruction of their life project, which was destroyed by violence. In order to carry out effective therapeutic work, it was important to identify the importance of asking the right questions with which to obtain not only the information that allows the development of therapeutic strategies, but also to achieve cognitive work within the realization of the same, which is why circular, reflexive and strategic questions were proposed as a way of working from the conscious and unconscious of the protagonist of the chosen story, and in the reconstruction of his life. All the activities described above were relevant at the time of constructing actions and strategies to work with communities that have been stigmatized for having participated in the violence or carrying the name of Victims. Key words: Violence, Victims, Narrative, Story, Actions, Strategies. | spa |
