Adipogenesis from preadypocites of mouse fibroblasts is evaluated by using Roziglitazone and Insulin. To that effect, mouse preadipocytes of the cellular line 3T3-L1 are incubated in a differentiation cocktail with Rosiglitazone and Insulin.
