Three strains were isolated from a pulque in Tlaxcala México. Different morphological groups were identified: Gram-negative coccobacilli, regular nonsporing Gram-positive rods and yeast. Each strain was identified with Zymomonas sp, Lactobacillus sp and Saccharomyces sp.
