In radiology the image formation results from the interaction of X-rays with the human body, in radiology we use the densities to distinguish the structures in the grayscale image, such as radiopaque and radiolucent, this is given by the direct result of the amount of X-rays that have passed through the subject and reached the detector. For this reason, the reason for this work is to present two of the most important densities in conventional radiology, taking into account the different tissues that absorb radiation and that which passes through the tissue. In addition to knowing the basic anatomy in conjunction with the fundamental terminology for radioforense development, so the radiological characteristics of a hemothorax, pneumothorax and pneumoperitoneum will be found, taking into account the use of a radiological pair. As well as clearing up some doubts and knowing the importance of conventional radiology over another diagnostic means, in this case nuclear magnetic resonance, since when it comes to interacting professionally, all these indications must be taken into account in order to arrive at a timely contribution and full. Uniting all this knowledge and interacting with virtopsy we can have reflected another work field that this career offers us, thus having an integral performance.
