All these types of behaviors of the population impact on the development of nations and the population in general, which are evidenced through various reports that demonstrate it.     Abstract
    En el presente documento se describen y analizan las falencias en el proceso educativo, validando su entorno para determinar cómo lo afecta, por un lado, partiendo de algunos estudios previos que se han venido realizando en el sector educativo, y por otro lado apoyado en la aplicación de algunas encuestas que permitan conocer la percepción de la calidad en la educación desde diferentes ópticas: docentes, directivos, estudiantes y padres de familia o acudientes; de tal manera que puedan generarse estrategias que le den un giro positivo a la comunidad educativa, buscando una educación de calidad para los estudiantes, logrando un cambio en el futuro para ellos, siendo más productivos y facilitando el acceso al mercado laboral de la mejor manera posible.   Todo este tipo de comportamientos de la población impactan en el desarrollo de las naciones y de la población en general, los cuales se evidencian a través de diversos informes que así lo demuestran.
