| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación enfocó su objetivo principal en el fortalecimiento de la habilidad comunicativa oral en alumnos de nivel Intermediate a través de la aplicación de técnicas comunicativas soportadas en escenarios reales de interacción. El desarrollo del estudió se llevó a cabo bajo un enfoque cualitativo-acción empleando como unidad de estudio un grupo de aprendices conformado por estudiantes jóvenes adultos vinculados a un contexto de enseñanza del inglés como segunda lengua. Los hallazgos y resultados proyectaron avances en la producción de discursos y uso del idioma en contextos reales de comunicación. Después de una ardua intervención y aplicación de estrategias se concluyó que las tácticas comunicativas basadas en situaciones reales aportaron de forma positiva al desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa oral. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research focused primarily on strengthening oral communication skills among intermediate-level students through the application of communicative techniques grounded in real-life interaction scenarios. The study was conducted using a qualitative-action research approach, with a group of young adult learners in an English-as-a-second-language (ESL) setting serving as the unit of analysis. In the first phase, difficulties were observed regarding fluency, interaction, and self-confidence in situations requiring communication. Based on this observation, strategies were planned and implemented to foster meaningful student engagement through speaking activities, role-playing, and exposure to everyday situations. The findings and results showed progress in discourse production and language use in real-life communication contexts. After an intensive intervention and the application of strategies, it was concluded that communicative tactics based on real-life situations contributed positively to the development of oral communicative competence. | |
