Develop a corporate social responsibility plan, based on the identification of the economic, social and environmental impacts generated by the Karioco S.A.S company, including different strategies for their solution or mitigation, which, when adopted, will add value to the organization, where applying tools and basic concepts on corporate social responsibility proposing strategies and methodologies that allow the incorporation of this in the decision making with social, political and environmental scope necessary for the future construction of global sustainability. Proposing the management model more in line with the company where a code of conduct is made that conforms to company policies and are adjusted according to their objectives, determining human, technical and financial resources to carry out. By identifying the stakeholders that interrelate directly and indirectly with the company where they are related, the influences vs. their impact on the company and the company's strategies are evaluated, providing and identifying their objectives and strategies, defining resources, deadlines and the indicators to be able to measure and know what level of compliance we are located in accordance with the objectives At the same time the means or communication plan to be able to carry out these strategies with the Stakeholders according to their economic, social and environmental dimensions
