| dc.description.abstract | La comunicación en la familia constituye un eje importante para que los integrantes de ella tengan un desarrollo humano óptimo. En éste trabajo se presenta un análisis descriptivo de las problemáticas encontradas en tres comunidades, barrios la Esperanza, barrio Santa Lucia y vereda Tras el Alto de la ciudad de Tunja en el Departamento de Boyacá Colombia, se aplican dos instrumentos de recolección de datos, la encuesta y el árbol de problemas; los resultados muestran como problemática: falta de comunicación en el sistema familiar y deterioro ambiental a raíz de malos manejos de las basuras en los hogares. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Communication in the family constitutes an important axis for the members of it to have an optimum human development. This paper presents a descriptive analysis of the problems encountered in three communities, Esperanza neighborhoods, Santa Lucia neighborhood and the village of Tunja in the Department of Boyacá Colombia, two instruments of data collection are applied. Survey and the tree of problems, the results show as problematic: lack of communication in the family system and environmental deterioration as a result of poor household management of garbage. | spa |
