| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un acercamiento a las problemáticas del Departamento de Boyacá, para esto se realizó contacto con algunas comunidades de los Municipios de Tunja, Boavita, Guateque y Sogamoso que se ubican en el mapa situacional. Luego se aplicó la metodología de Investigación Acción con la cual, las comunidades pudieron reconocer las problemáticas a partir del árbol de problemas, interactuar entorno a las alternativas de solución de acuerdo a las políticas públicas y la elección de la mejor alternativa. En este sentido, se pudo colocar en práctica el rol del Psicólogo al generar espacios de reflexión e identificación de la red de apoyo de las comunidades para mejorar su calidad de vida. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work has as objective to approach the problems of the Department of Boyacá, for this was made contact with some communities of the Municipalities of Tunja, Boavita, Guateque and Sogamoso that are located in the situational map. Then the methodology of Action Research was applied with which the communities could recognize the problems from the problem tree, interact with the solution alternatives according to the public policies and the choice of the best alternative. In this sense, the role of the Psychologist could be put into practice by generating spaces for reflection and identification of the support network of the communities to improve their quality of life. | spa |
