| dc.description.abstract | La presente propuesta contiene aspectos relacionados con el proyecto de investigación sobre las consecuencias del desempleo en el desarrollo humano de las familias del barrio el porvenir, ubicado en el departamento del Cesar, municipio Manaure. La problemática del desempleo es la causante del deterioro de esta comunidad y deja secuelas emocionales, físicas, económicas, sociales y culturales. Todas estas afectan a adultos, jóvenes, niños, ancianos; y debido a ello su calidad de vida no es la mejor, generando en ellos falta de oportunidades en el campo laboral, exclusión social, frustraciones, violencia, inseguridad, conflictos familiares, entre otros. La problemática presenta una interesante perspectiva global que permite realizar un diagnóstico acertado sobre la población intervenida, aun desde diferentes enfoques, pero todas generan un deterioro en la calidad de vida de los participantes. La elaboración de esta propuesta ha sido trascendental para la comunidad pues se pudo evidenciar las múltiples dificultades que los afectan, además de generar un impacto positivo sobre ellos pues se pudo indagar dentro de un entorno autentico tales realidades y de esa forma ayudar para disminuir las consecuencias que afectan a esta comunidad. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The present proposal contains aspects related to the research project on the consequences of unemployment in the human development of the families of the future neighborhood, located in the department of Cesar, municipality Manaure. The problem of unemployment is the cause of the deterioration of this community and leaves emotional, physical, economic, social and cultural sequels. All of these affect adults, youth, children, the elderly; And because of this their quality of life is not the best, generating in them lack of opportunities in the labor field, social exclusion, frustrations, violence, insecurity, family conflicts, among others. The problem presents an interesting global perspective that allows a correct diagnosis about the population intervened, even from different approaches, but all of them generate a deterioration in the quality of life of the participants. The elaboration of this proposal has been transcendental for the community since it was possible to evidence the multiple difficulties that affect them, in addition to generating a positive impact on them as it was possible to investigate within an authentic environment such realities and in this way help to diminish the consequences which affect this community.
