| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo tiene como fin proponer un plan de bienestar a la Empresa Automotores Río Grande, un Concesionario ubicado en la ciudad de Girardot que tiene como actividad principal el comercio de vehículos nuevos de la marca Chevrolet y como actividades secundarias: servicios de postventa en los cuales encuentra la venta de repuestos y servicio técnico. El plan de bienestar esta enfocado en el estrés laboral, que es un problema que afecta no solo la salud y el bienestar sino también la productividad de cualquier empresa. | spa |
