| dc.description.abstract | El cáncer gástrico Ha significado para Nariño un problema de salud en los últimos años. El cáncer gástrico es una enfermedad donde un grupo de células deciden dejar de trabajar en equipo, donde los policías reguladores que se encargaban de ver que esas células estuvieran trabajando adecuadamente dejan de funcionar, visto esta se mira la situación por lo que se deja de trabajar estos policías reguladores. Lo primero es un tema de consanguinidad entre más se casen entre primos familiares existe mayor probabilidad de heredar la posibilidad sufrir cáncer. También pueden ser factores externos que pueden ser tanto en nuestros alimentos como el medioambiente, los alimentos potencialmente peligrosos para el cáncer de estómago son comidas ahumadas, uno de ellos son las carnes ahumadas porque estas tienen una sustancia química que quedan dentro de ellos que pueden producir cáncer. Un factor ambiental es la frecuencia de la bacteria Helicobacter Pylori, esta bacteria puede ser un elemento más en la génesis del cáncer. Se puede decir que no existe un síntoma único que nos pueda decir que una persona sufra o no cáncer gástrico. Los tratamientos dependen de la localización de la lesión y estado del tumor, en etapas iniciales se pueden realizar gastroscopia, en estados avanzados es necesario una cirugía. Estudios realizados en el departamento de Nariño en el año 2010 a hombres y mujeres de 15 a 44 años donde se pudo observar que el 53% afecta a mujeres y en los estudios a hombres y mujeres entre 45 a 59 años se observó que con un 63% afecta a los hombres, se miró que el cáncer gástrico afecta más a medida que aumentan los años hay más probabilidades de ser víctima de esta patología. Las recomendaciones es no seguir tratamientos alternativos ya que estos tratamientos no curan el cáncer y pueden poner en peligro la vida de las personas puesto que no hay ningún tipo de evidencia científico que sustente este tipo de tratamientos por lo que es recomendable no seguirlos. | spa |
