| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto se realiza con el fin de copilar lo aprendido durante el desarrollo del proceso de formación de Supply Chain Management y logística y de esta manera aplicarlo a una de las organizaciones identificando por medio de la caracterización de la logística el estado actual, con esto se procede a ejecutar el proyecto en la empresa LLANOELECTRICOS una compañía que se encarga de la venta de materiales eléctricos alta, media, y baja tensión, ingeniería eléctrica y obras civiles, de esta forma identificar su red adaptiva o Supply Chain con sus trece elementos y con base en la información obtenida realizar un análisis a cada uno de los elementos para diseñar estrategias en logística que permita a dicha organización mejorar en cada uno de sus procesos con el fin de permanecer en el mercado mucho más sólidos, con un nivel de competitividad significativo y único ante la competencia. | spa |
