| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal diseñar una auditoria interna de los sistemas integrados de gestión de calidad, ambiente y seguridad y salud en el trabajo de los diferentes procesos llevados a cabo en la empresa Enterprises Ltda. Aplicando evaluación a cada numeral de la norma ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 y la OHSAS 18001:2007. Donde como primer proceso se realiza una investigación en cada área de trabajo que compone la organización tomando como referencia La gerencia comercial, laboratorio ambiental, área operativa y gestión de compras donde se realizará un diagnostico a la información actual de estas área en los sistemas integrados, donde a través la aplicación de entrevistas y revisión, se establecerá si cada actividad registrada y verificada, cumple con las políticas y objetivos propuestos por la organización permitiendo con ello realizar las observaciones y establecer las no conformidades encontradas en la empresa con el fin de que ellos tomen medidas precisas y eficientes para mejorar la calidad de servicios prestados tanto a los trabajadores, consumidores, proveedores y todos aquellos que se beneficien de forma directa e indirecta de el buen uso de los sistemas integrados de gestión. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The main objective of the following work is to design an internal audit of the integrated systems of quality management, environment and safety and health at work of the different processes carried out in the company Enterprises Ltd. Applying evaluation to each numeral of the ISO standard 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007. Where as a first process a research is carried out in each work area that makes up the organization taking as reference the commercial management, environmental laboratory, operative area and purchasing management where a diagnosis will be made to the current information of these areas in the integrated systems, where through the application of interviews and review, it will be established if each activity registered and verified, complies with the policies and objectives proposed by the organization, thereby allowing the observations to be made and establishing the non-conformities found in the company so that they take precise and efficient measures to improve the quality of services provided to workers, consumers, suppliers and all those who benefit directly and indirectly from the proper use of integrated management systems. | spa |
