| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo es una investigación prospectiva sobre los retos y desafíos de Colombia frente al uso y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales para el año 2020. La investigación estuvo referenciada por estudios realizados con los métodos Delphi donde se identificaron conocimientos, orientaciones, deseos y preferencias de expertos en el tema; micmac para valorar las principales variables de influencia y dependencia y el método mactor para la identificación de actores que intervienen en él y los cuales son de vital importancia en el estudio prospectivo. Esto enmarcado en el contexto nacional e internacional; teniendo en cuenta la importancia del estado, los entes territoriales, la reglamentación colombiana, calidad y gobernanza ambiental con relación a la conservación de los recursos naturales, restauración de ecosistemas y un encaminamiento a un crecimiento sostenible; creando los diferentes escenarios que nos preparen para afrontar y tomar determinaciones con relación a los futuros probables. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work is a prospective investigation about the challenges and challenges of Colombia before the use and exploitation of the natural resources for the year 2020. The research was referenced by studies conducted with Delphi methods where knowledge, orientations, desires and preferences of experts in the subject were identified; micmac to assess the main variables of influence and dependence and the mactor method for the identification of actors that intervene in it and which are of vital importance in the prospective study. This framed in the national and international context; taking into account the importance of the state, the territorial entities, the Colombian regulation, quality and environmental governance in relation to the conservation of natural resources, restoration of ecosystems and a route to sustainable growth; creating the different scenarios that prepare us to face and make determinations regarding probable futures. | spa |
