| dc.description.abstract | La pasantía en la Alcaldía Municipal de Yalí, Antioquia, en que se realizó apoyo a la implementación del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos 2015 - 2027, se enmarcó en las líneas de sensibilización y capacitación, y diagnóstico del lugar de disposición final de residuos sólidos. En la ejecución de las actividades se realizaron intervenciones en distintos sectores como: comercio, educativo, transporte, zona rural, CIDEAM, recuperadores ambientales y urbanización Santa Bárbara. Se implementaron estrategias para la puesta en marcha de prueba piloto sobre la separación en la fuente de residuos orgánicos en el sector comercio y en la urbanización Santa Bárbara. La prestación del servicio público de aseo está reglamentada según el Decreto 2981 de 2013, donde se evidenció que cumplen con la mayoría de ítems, excepto los siguientes: corte de césped, estación de transferencia, lavado de áreas públicas, realizar separación de residuos sólidos en la fuente, rutas de recolección selectiva, recolección en zonas rurales y centros poblados. Los ítems que no se cumplen de la normatividad son los siguientes: El vehículo de recolección de los residuos es una volqueta y se realiza de forma manual, Yalí es un municipio de sexta (6) categoría por lo tanto la obligatoriedad del barrido es 1 vez por semana y aun así la empresa prestadora lo realiza dos veces por semana, no se realiza lavado de áreas públicas debido a que el municipio no lo requiere, el corte de césped y poda de árboles es realizado por la alcaldía municipal, el municipio no requiere estación de transferencia por su tamaño y el número de usuarios. El diagnóstico de disposición final se realizó con visitas a campo y se encontró un adecuado manejo y operación del relleno, aunque se resalta que se realiza recuperación en el frente de trabajo lo que no se debe realizar y genera un incumplimiento del Decreto 838 de 2005 debido a que no hay establecidas rutas de recolección de residuos reciclables y los usuarios no hacen separación en la fuente, se les permite a dos recuperadores ambientales realizar la labor en los días de recolección, le hacen el tratamiento de separación a los residuos en una caseta dentro del relleno y venden cada mes. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The internship in the Municipality of Yalí, Antioquia, in which support was given to the implementation of the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan 2015 - 2027, was framed in the lines of awareness and training, and diagnosis of the place of final disposal of waste solid In the execution of the activities, interventions were carried out in different sectors such as: commerce, education, transport, rural area, CIDEAM, environmental recovery and urbanization Santa Bárbara. Strategies were implemented for the implementation of a pilot test on the separation at the source of organic waste in the commerce sector and in the Santa Bárbara urbanization. The provision of the public cleaning service is regulated according to Decree 2981 of 2013, where it was evidenced that they comply with the majority of items, except the following: lawn cutting, transfer station, washing of public areas, performing separation of solid waste in the source, selective collection routes, collection in rural areas and population centers. The items that do not comply with the regulations are as follows: The waste collection vehicle is a dump truck and is carried out manually, Yalí is a municipality of the sixth (6) category, therefore the mandatory sweeping is 1 time per week and still the provider company does it twice a week, there is no washing of public areas because the municipality does not require it, cutting grass and pruning of trees is done by the municipal mayor's office, the municipality does not require Transfer station by its size and number of users. The diagnosis of final disposal was made with field visits and an adequate handling and operation of the landfill was found, although it is highlighted that recovery is made on the work front, which should not be done and generates a breach of Decree 838 of 2005 due there are no established routes to collect recyclable waste and users do not separate at the source, two environmental recuperators are allowed to carry out the work on the days of collection, they do the separation treatment to the waste in a booth inside of the stuffing and they sell every month. | spa |
