dc.description.abstractEmpresa 100% llanera ubicada en la ciudad de Villavicencio en el barrio Santa Helena, lleva dos años en el mercado, dedicada a la Distribución y ventas de prendas de vestir a nivel nacional al por mayor y al detal de ropa para dama, caballeros y niños, contamos con 157 clientes mayoristas fijos, trabajamos directamente con las fábricas en Medellín, Cali, Neiva y Bogotá, 30 referencias en pijamas para dama señora y niños, 8 referencias en conjuntos deportivos, 10 referencias en ropa para hombre como buzos, polos, bermudas y ropa interior. Empresa registrada ante cámara y comercio y Rut, en la cual laboran tres personas, desempeñando diferentes cargos con pago de salarios diarios; los envíos a nivel nacional se hacen con las empresas transportadoras Servientrega, Interrapidisimo y Envía.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThe main focus of this paper is to apply the thirteen elements that make up the reference model in logistics in the company DISTRIBUCIONES KAROL Y STILOS, which was selected jointly by the members of the collaborative group. With this final work of the supply chain management and logistics deepening diploma (option of degree work), the course will be finalized, through which we get to know all its units and achieve them in the company selected by the collaborative group. Supply Chain Management and logistics allows to manage and manage optimally, correctly and efficiently the supply chain of any organization. The success of the development of this report will be based on the ability of the team members to assume the role of a team of specialists in the analysis, capture and processing of information relevant to the diagnosis and construction of a modern Logistics model and the Supply Chain applied to the company Dupont of Colombia in which one of the members of the work team works and have access to information regarding the supply chain and processes of the company as well as the experts and heads of the relevant processes Of the same.
