| dc.description.abstract | El cáncer de mama es una patología que actualmente tiene un alto impacto sobre la salud de la población colombiana. Se sabe que esta enfermedad no solo afecta países en desarrollo sino también a la mayoría de los países a nivel mundial. En el presente documento se tratará el cáncer de mama en la ciudad de Bogotá. Para hablar sobre la temática se abordará desde la historia natural de la enfermedad que tiene dos periodos importantes uno pre-patogénico y otro patogénico. Así mismo se hará un análisis sobre el comportamiento de la enfermedad durante los últimos 10 años. Para esta actividad se utilizará información de graficas dadas por los diferentes entes de salud como el Ministerio de Salud, específicamente; argumentando el proceso de la enfermedad tanto a nivel Mundial como Nacional. Se dará a conocer los programas de promoción y prevención establecidos por los diversos entes y autoridades de Salud Nacional y Local. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Breast cancer is a pathology that currently has a high impact on the health of the Colombian population. It is known that this disease affects not only developing countries but also most of the countries worldwide. In the present document, breast cancer will be treated in the city of Bogotá. To talk about the subject, the natural history of the disease that has two important periods will be addressed: one pre-pathogenic and the other pathogenic. Likewise, an analysis of the behavior of the disease during the last 10 years will be made. For this activity we will use information from graphics given by the different health entities such as the Ministry of Health, specifically; arguing the process of the disease both globally and nationally. The promotion and prevention programs established by the various entities and authorities of National and Local Health will be announced. | spa |
