dc.description.abstractLa investigación que se propone tiene como objetivo analizar y buscar estrategias que disminuyan la mendicidad en menores de 10 a 14 años en el centro del municipio de Popayán al año 2015. El enfoque teórico seleccionado para este estudio es el psico-social, cuyos postulados han sido analizados en varias investigaciones. En este enfoque las condiciones del entorno son los principales determinantes de la mendicidad en menores. Para esta investigación, estas condiciones hacen referencia a varios elementos tales como el nivel de supervivencia, el nivel de violencia intrafamiliar, el grado de integración social y el nivel educativo. Inicialmente se presenta la justificación del porque es objeto de estudio la Mendicidad en los menores mendigos, como un problema que afecta directa e indirectamente a toda la sociedad. Posteriormente, a través de la consulta a expertos, se identifican las variables más importantes del problema, los actores de mayor incidencia y los escenarios futuros para el fenómeno de la mendicidad en menores de edad. Luego con el apoyo de algunas herramientas prospectivas como los métodos Micmac y Mactor, se realiza un análisis del grado de influencias y dependencias de las variables claves, actores, objetivos y expertos. Asimismo, se diseñan varios escenarios, que incluyen el escenario probable o tendencial, los escenarios alternos o posibles y el escenario apuesta o ideal. Todo esto, para mostrar Escuela de Ciencias Administrativas, Contables, Económicas y de Negocios - ECACEN - CEAD POPAYAN 12 diferentes alternativas que se pueden presentar con el fenómeno de la mendicidad en menores de 10 a 14 años en el municipio de Popayán. Finalmente, como resultado del ejercicio colectivo con los expertos y después de utilizar algunas de las herramientas de la prospectiva estratégica, se presentan las estrategias para disminuir la mendicidad en menores para el año 2015.spa
