dc.description.abstractEl objetivo general del proyecto es garantizar la prestación de los servicios de salud de manera adecuada y oportuna, identificando algunos problemas que se presentan en la prestación de los servicios de salud en el municipio de Balboa mediante la caracterización de las principales variables y sus relaciones; así como el estudio de la percepción que tienen los usuarios (demanda) acerca de la prestación de estos servicios en el municipio; logrando con ello, la propuesta de algunas recomendaciones para el mejoramiento de la prestación de los servicios de salud. La investigación se desarrollara en el Municipio de Balboa, Departamento del Cauca, ESE Sur occidente punto de atención Balboa, y se determinan cuales son las principales quejas y reclamos que los usuarios hacen con relación a la atención en salud, para lograr establecer estrategias pertinentes que permitan mejorar la calidad del servicio por parte de la red pública del municipio al año 2015 y su objetivo general es contribuir para que en el año 2015 la prestación de los servicios de salud integral sea de óptima calidad en el Municipio de Balboa Cauca. La investigación, permitirá al municipio de Balboa trabajar de manera organizada, haciendo de su red pública un institución eficiente y eficaz que responda a la actualidad de las necesidades en salud de la población Balboense. Además quedará como un antecedente investigativo relevante, para que en el transcurso del tiempo se tenga en cuenta en futuras investigaciones temas como este, para que repercuta no solo a nivel académico, sino institucional y social, sirviendo de puente para que los estamentos de salud y la comunidad, tengan mayor confianzaspa

dc.description.abstractenglishThe general mission of the project is to guarantee the benefit of the services of health of suitable and opportune way, identifying some problems that appear in the benefit of the services of health in the municipality of Balboa by means of the characterization of the main variables and its relations; as well as the study of the perception that has the users (demand) about the benefit of these services in the municipality; obtaining with it, the proposal of some recommendations for the improvement of the benefit of the services of health. The investigation was developed in the Municipality of Balboa, Department of the Cauca, THAT South West attention point Balboa, and they determine as they are the main complaints and reclamations that the users do in relation to the attention in health, to manage to establish pertinent strategies that allow to improve the quality of the service on the part of the public network from the municipality to year 2015 and its general mission is to contribute so that in the 2015 benefit of the services of integral health is of optimal quality in the Municipality of Cauca Balboa. The investigation, will allow the municipality of Balboa to work of organized way, making of its public network an efficient and effective institution that responds to the present time of the necessities in health of the Balboense population.
