| dc.description.abstract | ESTRATEGIAS PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LAS RELACIONES SOCIOAFECTIVAS EN LOS HOGARES DEL PROGRAMA FAMI DEL BARRIO BERLÍN DE FLORENCIA, es el resultado de una experiencia en la que se pone de manifiesto la aplicación de los conocimientos apropiados y la investigación de problemas concretos del contexto del profesional de Psicología Social Comunitaria en formación. Los aspectos más relevantes del informe sobre el proceso de investigación se pueden resumir, así: En el objeto de la investigación, se hace referencia al problema sobre el tipo de conflictos que con mayor frecuencia atentan contra la generación de condiciones para un ambiente de convivencia menos agresivo al interior de los hogares del Programa FAMI del barrio Berlín, y la incidencia que éstos tienen en las pocas expectativas acerca de su proyecto de vida personal y el de su familia y a la manera como se podría contribuir, desde los fundamentos de la Psicología Social Comunitaria, en la formación para que las usuarias y la madre líder se constituyan en dinamizadoras de procesos de autorrealización personal y familiar. El marco referencial, resalta la importancia de los fundamentos y de la Psicología Social Comunitaria, la filosofía del respectivo Programa con sus implicaciones sociales, asumiendo los postulados de la Teoría de Sistemas. En la fundamentación teórica del perfil temático se hacen diferentes planteamientos sobre la concepción de familia; la agresividad y la construcción del sujeto moral. Posteriormente se presentan los conceptos que sustentan el perfil temático, luego se reseñan los aspectos normativos y jurídicos, para cerrar el capítulo con los ejes de la investigación que son la comunicación en familia, la expresión de afecto, las relaciones intrafamiliares y las pautas de crianza. La metodología de la investigación da cuenta principalmente del enfoque crítico-social implementado a través de la modalidad de Investigación Acción Participativa y de la población conformada por las 14 usuarias y la madre líder del Programa FAMI del barrio Berlín, en la ciudad de Florencia. En la descripción, análisis, interpretación y discusión de los resultados, se profundiza sobre los factores involucrados en el problema, sobre la falta de expectativas de las madres del Programa FAMI sobre la realización como personas y como grupo familiar, para finalmente sobre esa base, plantear las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivas. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | STRATEGIES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE RELACIONES SOCIOAFECTIVAS IN THE HOMES OF THE PROGRAMA FAMI OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD BERLÍN DE FLORENCE, is the result of an experience in which shows the application of the appropriate knowledge and the investigation of concrete problems of the professional's of Community Social Psychology context in formation. The most excellent aspects in the report on the investigation process can be summarized, this way: In the object of the investigation, reference is made to the problem on the type of conflicts that you/they attempt against the generation of conditions for a less aggressive atmosphere of coexistence to the interior of the homes of the Program FAMI of the neighborhood Berlin, and the incidence that these have in the few expectations about its project of personal life with more frequency and that of its family and to the way like you could contribute, from the foundations of the Community Social Psychology, in the formation so that the users and the mother leader are constituted in dinamizadoras of processes of personal and family car-realization. The mark reference, stands out the importance of the foundations and of the Community Social Psychology, the philosophy of the respective Program with its social implications, assuming the postulates of the Theory of Systems. In the theoretical foundation of the thematic profile they become different positions on the family conception; the aggressiveness and the moral fellow's construction. Later on the concepts are presented that sustain the thematic profile, then the normative and juridical aspects are pointed out, to close the chapter with the axes of the investigation that are the communication in family, the expression of affection, the relationships familiars and the rules of upbringing. The methodology of the investigation gives bill mainly of the critical-social focus implemented through the modality of Investigación Acción Participativa and of the population conformed by the 14 users and the mother leader of the Programa FAMI of the neighborhood Berlin, in the city of Florence. In the description, analysis, interpretation and discussion of the results, are deepened about the factors involved in the problem, on the lack of the mothers' of the Programa FAMI expectations on the realization like people and I eat family group, for finally on that base, to outline the conclusions and respective recommendations. | spa |
