| dc.description.abstract | El documento es un proyecto de tipo pedagógico que aborda el tema de la problemática de los menores que han infringido la ley Penal, vinculados a la medida reeducativa de “Libertad Asistida”, analizado desde el punto de vista de las características que presentan los menores delincuentes que habitan en el área rural de Málaga. La Delincuencia Juvenil es un fenómeno de ámbito mundial, pues se extiende desde los rincones más alejados de la ciudad industrializada hasta los suburbios de las grandes ciudades, desde las familias ricas o acomodadas hasta las más pobres, es un problema que se dá en todos los estratos sociales y en cualquier rincón de nuestra civilización . Entre los muchos factores que influyen en la delincuencia juvenil ,tenemos por ejemplo, los factores relacionados con la herencia (demencia, mentalidad defectuosa, agresividad, etc.) los relacionados con el hogar (pobreza hacinamiento, hogar destruido por muerte, separación, divorcio ,encarcelamiento de uno de los padres o de ambos, rechazo, indiferencia y abandono en el trato del hijo por los padres) y los relacionados con la escuela (trabajo deficiente en la escuela, disgusto hacia èsta etc.) La importancia de subrayar los aspectos cognitivos interpersonales en la descripción del carácter del delincuente juvenil es una vía prometedora para establecer eficaces programas de prevención como para elaborar modelos educacionales que permitan una eficaz reeducación. La mayoría de los estudios descriptivos de la carrera delictiva señalan una serie de factores individuales y Biográficos que caracterizan al delincuente juvenil y que llevan a la conclusión que el joven que delinque es una persona con un gran conjunto de deficiencias, y una de ella es que comete delitos. | spa |

The Juvenile Delinquency is a fenòmeno of world environment, because he/she extends from the corners more far from the city industrialized until the suburbs of the big cities, from the rich or suitable families until the poor màses, it is a problem that you dá in all the social strata and in any corner of our civilization. Among the many factors that influence for example in the juvenile delinquency, tenemos, the factors related with the inheritance (insanity, faulty mentality, aggressiveness, etc.) those related with the home (poverty accumulation, home destroyed by death, separation, divorce ,encarcelamiento of one of the parents or of both, I reject, indifference and abandonment in the son's treatment for the parents) and those related with the school (I work faulty in the school, displeasure toward èsta etc.) The importance of underlining the aspects interpersonal cognitivos in the description of the juvenile criminal's character is a promising road to establish effective programs of prevention like to elaborate educational models that allow an effective reeducación. Most of the descriptive studies of the criminal career point out a series of individual and Biographical factors that you/they characterize the juvenile criminal and that they take to the conclusion that the youth that offends is a person with a great group of deficiencies, and one of her is that you/he/she makes crimes. | spa |
