| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se presenta la propuesta para la implementación del programa de Técnovigilancia para la ESE Hospital Marco A Cardona de Maceo - Antioquia, donde se diseña una metodología para evaluar, gestionar y divulgar oportunamente la información relacionada con los eventos e incidentes adversos y problemas de seguridad producidos por los dispositivos médicos durante su uso, a fin de tomar medidas que permitan mejorar la atención disminuyendo o evitando su ocurrencia y fortaleciendo así el programa institucional de seguridad al paciente como eje transversal del Sistema de gestión de la calidad de la institución. | spa |
