| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto investigativo se desarrolló en el área de influencia del corredor biológico GUACHAROS PURACE en la vereda La Esperanza del municipio de Pitalito-Huila, zona caracterizada por su gran variedad de flora y fauna silvestre, riqueza hídrica y paisajística. Al igual que en gran parte del territorio nacional y departamental estas zonas se encuentran sometidas a diferentes tipos de presión debido a actividades antrópicas que degradan su biodiversidad, entre las más evidentes se encuentran la deforestación que proviene en su mayoría de la ampliación de la frontera agrícola y el aprovechamiento de la madera como materia prima para diferentes usos según la calidad de la misma. La metodología para el desarrollo del proyecto se determinó mediante diferentes técnicas, la entrevista semi-estructurada como primer recurso la cual se implementó para la obtención de información primaria de los habitantes de la región; con base a esta información se determinó el área de estudio, el sendero y los puntos de avistamiento para el primate, además se analizaron los componentes ambientales más importantes relacionados con la especie mediante fichas de caracterización previamente construidas. Como resultado de este proyecto se logró evidenciar que las diferentes actividades agrarias implementadas en el área de estudio (Vereda la Esperanza – reserva los Ariscos) sumadas a la poca cultura ambiental y desconocimiento técnico para una productividad sostenible han generado que hoy en día muchas especies se encuentren sujetas a condiciones inadecuadas para su supervivencia, entre ellas el primate Cebus apella. La pérdida de su hábitat y la reducción de sus fuentes de alimento, la catalogación en el concepto de plaga y el poco sentido de conservación de la gran mayoría de los habitantes ha generado un gran problema para esta especie. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research Project was developed in the area of influence of the biological corridor GUACHAROS PURACE in the village La Esperanza of Pitalito Huila municipality, region characterized by its great variety of flora and fauna silvestre, hydrological richness and landscapes. Just as in large part of national territory and departmental these regions are subject to different types of pressure due to anthropic activities which degrade their biodiversity, among the most evident are found the deforestation, that comes mostly over de expansion of agricultural borders and the utilization of the wood as raw material for different uses according to its quality. The methodology for the development of the project it was determined by different techniques; the semi-structured interview as a first source, which it was implemented in pursuit of primary data from the region inhabitants; based on this information it was determined the area of study, the pathway and the lookout points for the primate, furthermore were analyzed the most important environmental components related to the specie through data sheets previously constructed. As a result of this research project, it was possible demonstrate that the different agricultural activities implemented in the area of study (La Esperanza los Ariscos – reserve) added to poor environmental culture and lack of technical knowledge for a sustainable productivity they have generated in nowadays, a lot of species are found subject to inadequate conditions for their survival, these include the Cebus apella primate. The loss of its habitat and the reduction in its food sources, the cataloguing in the concept of pest and the little sense of conservation in most inhabitants have generated a big problem for this species. | spa |
