| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo tiene como finalidad la implementación y seguimiento de los programas de Farmacovigilancia en la Institución de Salud Spect S.A.S. La farmacovigilancia es la actividad de salud pública enfocada en la detección identificación y evaluación de los problemas adversos o cualquier otro problema que puedan causar ciertos medicamentos en la salud del ser humano. Para llevar a cabo este proceso, se debe contar con un programa Institucional de Farmacovigilancia que haga cumplir todas las normas de salud, haciendo un seguimiento desde el momento en que se reciben los medicamentos hasta el momento que se formulan; para ello es necesario llevar un inventario donde se registren todos los medicamentos incluyendo aquellos que en dado momento han causado un problema a la salud del paciente . | spa |
