| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tiene como propósito descubrir las características comunes que tiene la violencia sexual en la ciudad de Medellín en los años 2011 – 2012, comprendida entre las edades de 0 a 24 años de edad, hallar quienes son los victimarios que más inciden en este acto violento. Para poder hallar estos parámetros se hizo necesario explorar una base de datos facilitada por la fiscalía general de la nación específicamente del (Centro de Atención Integral a Víctimas de Abuso Sexual) CAIVAS, esta fue explorada totalmente para poder hallar la víctima y el victimario, la edad, género, lugar de ocurrencia de los hechos, parentesco del victimario con la víctima y a qué tipo de agresión fue sometido/a. Además se realizaron lecturas minuciosas sobre estos delitos cometidos en Medellín en los últimos años para poder tener un concepto más amplio; las lecturas encontradas fueron investigaciones anteriores, artículos de revistas y periódicos que nos arrojaron un alto índice de este delito en el cual las victimas más vulnerables es el género femenino iniciando desde los 2 años de vida en adelante. Esta investigación se hizo necesaria por el alto índice de denuncias presentadas en los últimos años en el CAIVAS (Centro de Atención Integral a Víctimas de Abuso Sexual) en el cual se evidencia que en los últimos años se han incrementado las denuncias lo cual muestra que las víctimas han ido perdiendo el miedo a denunciar a los victimarios. Y se ha logrado un avance en la concientización sobre la importancia que tiene no quedarse callado ante estos aspectos violentos que se comenten a diario. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research aims to discover the common characteristics that have sexual violence in the city of Medellin in the years 2011 - 2012 , between the ages of 0-24 years old , who are the perpetrators find that most affect this violent act . To find these parameters it was necessary to explore a database provided by the attorney general in the nation specifically (Center for Comprehensive Care for Victims of Sexual Abuse ) CAIVAS , this was fully explored in order to find the victim and the offender , the age, gender , place of occurrence of the events , relationship of the perpetrator to the victim and what kind of aggression was submitted / a . We also carried out detailed readings of these crimes committed in Medellín in recent years in order to have a broader concept and the readings were found earlier research, magazine and newspaper articles that we showed a high incidence of this crime in which the victims more vulnerable female is starting from 2 years of life onwards. This research was made necessary by the high rate of complaints in recent years in the CAIVAS ( Comprehensive Care Center Sexual Assault ) in which it is evident that in recent years have increased complaints which shows that the victims have lost their fear to denounce the perpetrators . And progress has been made in increasing awareness of the importance that you speak to these violent aspects that are committed daily. | spa |
