dc.description.abstractEl Abuso Sexual Infantil es un fenómeno social que ha venido alertando y cobrando más víctimas a toda la población local, nacional e internacional, lo cual se evidencia a través de los medios de comunicación. La incidencia de los casos de maltrato infantil en el seno de la familia traspasa los límites del ámbito familiar para convertirse en un problema comunitario. Pese a ello algunos estudios exponen que las razones en el aumento de las cifras se reflejan en la posibilidad de la denuncia. La realidad, da cuenta de que en la práctica, hace falta mucho para asumir las problemáticas que afectan a esta población especialmente vulnerable, como asuntos en los que se deben hacer frente de manera colectiva y sistemática, trascendiendo los diagnósticos que sobre estas situaciones abundan hasta llegar a soluciones concretas que no sólo mitiguen las angustias que enfrentan los niños y las niñas a diario en todos los contextos sociales sino que contribuyan a soluciones duraderas y efectivas. La propuesta de intervención que a continuación se expone, pretende inquirir sobre una forma de violencia y maltrato hacia los niños y niñas: el Abuso Sexual Infantil.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishChild Sexual Abuse is a social phenomenon that has been alerting and claiming more victims across the local, national and international levels, as evidenced through the media. The incidence of child abuse within the family beyond the boundaries of family environment to become a community problem. Despite this, some studies also show that the reason for the increase in numbers is reflected in the possibility of denunciation. Also because the Constitution of Colombia of 1991 in Article 44 and the current law on children and adolescents focused their best interests in children of the country which has generated a significant glance toward this population. The reality, he realizes that in practice, it takes a lot to take on the problems affecting this population especially vulnerable, as matters in which they face a collective and systematic diagnostic transcending these situations abound to reach concrete solutions that not only mitigate the anguish faced by children every day in all social contexts but which contribute to effective and lasting solutions. The proposed intervention outlined below seeks to inquire about a form of violence and abuse toward children: Child Sexual Abuse. The objective to be achieved is to meet the families of Barrio “The Colinas” Township Moniquirá, Boyacá, those elements that found this problem and identify the consequences through the signs and symptoms presented by a child victim of sexual abuse and the impact it has on development, project structuring social life and development, taking into account that since the family in some cases the stigma is generated and begins to assume a special form of departing about who is considered the victim and how this affects not only physical traces but also the psychological and subsequent involvement in the course and demonstrate the various features of the evolutionary cycle. This evidences that there are causal factors that become risky for the presentation of sexual abuse and lack of values in the family, lack of opportunities for healthy family fostering communication within the community there is no culture of complaint against these cases, families submissive to the problem, hence the interest in working with the community about child sexual abuse prevention and promotion strategies to promote self-care among girls and girls with the support of families. The exercise intervention arises from the development of an instrument proposed by the needs and interests of the community, based on their realities to be made aware that this think and act in a better way to address the problem.spa
