| dc.description.abstract | El contenido principal del documento es la identificación del nivel que tiene la empresa Alimentos Cárnicos S.A.S. con relación al modelo referencial en logística, modelo preparado por Feres E. Sahid C. del centro de investigaciones y asistencia técnica internacional, para ello se realiza una caracterización tomando como base los trece elementos tipo entrevista, estos se realizaron a empleados expertos en cada variable identificada. Después de recolectar la información se analizaron las dos más altas y las dos más bajas de cada variable por medio de gráficas. Por último, identificamos en términos generales que la empresa Alimentos Cárnicos S.A.S obtiene un puntaje muy bueno en relación con el modelo, lo que le permite continuar siendo competitiva en el mercado actual. | spa |
