| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se pretende dar definiciones a los parámetros garantizan el análisis y reporte de los Eventos Adversos a Medicamentos (EAM) detectados en la E.S.E. BELLOSALUD en el Municipio de Bello, Antioquia, Colombia. Dicha investigación se lleva a cabo con la metodología de Farmacovigilancia, la cual se encarga de establecer el perfil de seguridad de los medicamentos y promocionar el uso adecuado de los medicamentos; por medio de los procesos internos de la Empresa Social del Estado BelloSalud se evidencia la importancia de dicha metodología y se realizan hallazgos y conclusiones que ayudan a mejorar los procedimientos y actividades al interior del centro médico. | spa |
